I will be running the test rides again this year!  Grin Grin Grin

In order to introduce you to the full range and capabilities of BMW motorcycles, BMW Motorrad Canada is hosting an Test Ride Event on Monday, April 27th @ Pacific Yamaha BMW,  21000 Westminster Hwy. Richmond.

http://maps.google.ca/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=21000+Westminster+Highway,+Richmond+bc&sll=49.891235,-97.15369&sspn=43.090146,101.513672&ie=UTF8&z=16&iwloc=addr

Pacific Yamaha BMW personnel will be on site to offer you assistance and information. No sales pressure - just an opportunity for you to enjoy the Ultimate Riding Experience in a relaxed and controlled environment.

BMW Motorrad is committed to meeting the needs of all types of riders. Our Rider Equipment is designed for you. In many ways, our motorcycles are too. With fully-adjustable ergonomics, BMW motorcycles are easily adaptable to riders of any size and shape.

The test rides will start at 1000am and will leave every hour until the last ride at 200pm. The ride will be about 40min long. We will be riding through highways, residential areas, and industrial areas to give you a feel for how the BMW motorcycle rides.

Proper gear is a requirement for all BMW test rides. Helmet, jacket, gloves, and boots (covering the ankle) will be necessary for all test rides.

We will also be supporting the Vancouver Fire Fighters Charitable Society. For every BMW model you would like to test ride, a $10 donation would make a real difference. Please keep this in mind when you do arrive for your test ride.

The 2009 test-ride fleet will consist of the following models:

    * F650GS    x2
    * F800GS    x2
    * F800ST     x2
    * R1200RT
    * R1200R
    * R1200GS x2
    * R1200GS Adventure
    * K1300S
    * K1300R
    * K1300GT x2

We look forward to sharing this unique event with you. Check out our website at www.bmw-motorrad.ca to review the full BMW motorcycle line up.

To book your test ride, please post up and call Pacific Yamaha BMW @ 604 276 2552.   Cool

There are about 60-80 people booked so if you did want to secure your spot I would call right now. There are some spaces left.

I had a great time all day riding bmw bikes! As did all the riders that made it out. The new K bikes are unreal. The anti-wheelie option is almost too good but keeps you from getting a little TOO excited out there. The weather was also perfect and Over $500 was raised for Swan Charities.

All in all a WIN WIN WIN WIN situation. Thanks to all who came out and enjoyed their 'spirited' test ride.
