Hey ladies! I just put up my thread as promised on BCSB so take a quick boo, and feel free to add any comments. I'm a Boundary Bay virgin, so this is a first for me too, but I can't wait! Hoping my work and school are going to be forgiving enough to allow me to go. We may be tagging along with some guys on the way if they don't mind, or we can make a ride of our own, up to you. Feel free to post up any suggestions for meeting places, times, etc. Hope to see you all there! |

BTW, there is a newbie/novice session during the 5pm-9pm time slot. So if you've never been before, well, I'm in the same boat! This will be an awesome learning experience for all of us!

I'll be there and I'm a first timer, I think another speedybikegirl friend of mine will be coming too. It would be great to ride out together, I'm coming from Maple Ridge. I can meet anywhere on the way...Coquitlam, New West...
Actually I've got the whole day off if anyone wanted to make it a whole day of riding.

hi wenniki! i tried this once last year and had a great time! i strongly suggest that you guys take it easier during the day (riding-wise) cuz the track does do a number on you. it just needs more concentration and you end up putting your whole body into it... when i did it though, it was a sunday and was a whole day thing....so it might be different! also, if ur a more seasoned rider...don't worry about it! just a thought!  |

Hey guys (GIRLS) So BB is still on, but I can't make it... we're a day behind at work, (stupid retail). Gotta work a 12 hour shift tomorrow from 6am-6pm . Ride safe everyone, and have fun! Hopefully I'll be able to meet up with all the girls for the next one. I will try to post up again, to get another group going if possible. I will be helping out tonight with teaching for the new riders, along with some other WestCoastSuperbileSchool instructors, so come on by. I will be there by 4:30, and we'll help you have a blast. Ask for Bernie, or just listen for the tall slim bullhorn! :lol:

Geeze... I hardly recognised anyone out there! Most must have come from BC Sport Bike, not VROM. Anyways, it was a good turnout and I got some good video footage. And actually got to ride my bike there and back! Wooo hooo! I was worried that my battery would go flat from neglect again!
