I have the best bike mechanic EVER!

Yet again, the DJ has come through with flying colours - Paul took Zeus in (2003 Honda VFR800FI VTec) did the valve job, changed the brake fluid, did an oil change, and then to top it all off, also changed the steering head bearings.  My bike has NEVER run as smoothly as it does right now!  As soon as I'm back from the debauchery that is sure to take place in Osoyoos, I'm giving Zeus right back to Paul so he can work his magic yet again in replacing the chain and sprockets, and also doing the brake pads.

Thanks again babe - you're the best!

After having my 1991 Honda CB-1 400cc in storage for about 6 months I put her back on the road.  After riding her for about a week I noticed that there was something leaking from my carbs.  I took it to Paul and told him what the problem was (it was a worn out gasket).  He walked me through what the problem was.  I told him that I wanted to fix it myself so he let me use his shop along with all his tools (YAH Paul's tools...they are dope).  He helped me whenever I had a question more like questions and was extremely patient with me and very giving with his time.  He was awesome (which is no surprise for people who know Paul)! Once again he came to my rescue.  Additionally I told him that I wanted to learn more skills to become a more proficient rider.  He gave me a book to read that he said that I might assist me on my quest and it was extremely useful.  Thanks again Paul!!

Hey-again let's hear it for DJPaul--I raved about him last year, and again this guy should be recommended to anyone looking for an honest, reasonable, bright, (and entertaining)mechanic who is always willing to help you get to know your bike.  When I needed a new battery last February, he let me borrow his scooter to go get one.  When Throttlemeister sent the wrong adaptor, he wouldn't charge me for the time it took to discover the error.  As always, he gave good advice about solving the problem, and he plugged in the new throttlemeister fo a laughably reasonable price.
He  always triesto get your bike back to you asap, which is so much more considerate than any other mechanics I've encountered locally.  Paul knows his stuff and is a generous with what he knows.  Don't even think about going to the dealer.

Hey riders,

I've been riding for over 30 years, and I've owned 15+ bikes during that time.  I've patronized every motorcycle shop in the lower mainland, and I can say without any hesitation that the only bike mechanic I fully trust is Paul.

He's work on many of my rides, and he honestly knows his way around my Ducati better than either local Ducati dealer.

Next time you need some work done to your bike, get it into Paul's shop.  You'll be thrilled with the service.

Desmond.

Yet again, the DJ has come through with flying colours - Paul took Zeus in (2002 Honda VFR800FI VTec) did the valve job, changed the brake fluid, did an oil change, and then to top it all off, also changed the steering head bearings.  My bike has NEVER run as smoothly as it does right now!  As soon as I'm back from the debauchery that is sure to take place in Osoyoos, I'm giving Zeus right back to Paul so he can work his magic yet again in replacing the chain and sprockets, and also doing the brake pads.

Um - if you're gonna put the type of bike in Paul, make sure you got it right... Zeus is a 2003 VFR!!! Cheesy

I wouldn't mind Pauls number myself. Just out of curiosity, what is his shop rate?

DJ Paul is awesome...Trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic...Takes the time to explain any work that needs to be done.

Work gets done in a timely manner and DJ Paul is cool with big or small jobs...I really appreciate that since other service places often tell me that they don't have time for my scooter.

Great to know that my 1986 Honda Elite scooter will be taken care of and that I will not be ripped off in the process!  He even offers smiles for FREE.

Paul the motorbike Guru. He has seamlessly resurrected my 1983 Suzuki GR650 Tempter. His knowledge and passion about this sport and the beautiful machines used to "play" never cease to amaze me. He is not only damn good at what he does, meaning that he pays great attention to detail and ensures efficacy, but his charisma about the universe of motorbiking is contagious. My starter was dead...in a big bad way, it was capoot (sp?). 26 years will do that to a starter. In under two hours, Paul found me a new starter and installed it while sharing his insurmountable amount of knowledge with me about the state of my bike. Some people have hobbies...and then there is Paul the motorbike Guru. Find him.

Sharing the Truth,
Pegah and the Temptress.

I clearly have the BEST mechanic in the world!

Paul has done nothing short of spectacular this time.

My 2003 VFR has been experiencing electrical issues this summer.  Paul not only has fixed those, but has also been my advocate in dealing with the company that sold us faulty parts.  He has gone so far above and beyond the call of duty that I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate his dedication to his customers.

Paul even noticed that after everthing was supposed to be working tickety-boo, something just wasn't quite right, so what did he do?  He then stripped my bike 3 times and patiently (I'm tellin ya - this is sainthood worthy!) and methodically went through the bike until finding the problem and ensuring that the bike was in tip-top (and safe) shape before handing it back over to me.

Paul is one in a million, and I am certainly lucky to have him as my mechanic - you really are amazing, babe!

I found Paul through a referral from a trusted friend.  When I bought my first bike, 1990 Honda NT650 (Hawk) I brought it to him for a check over... and I can't stay away!   Paul is a great guy, trustworthy, funny and freakishly knowledgeable about motorcycles!  He's always willing to have a look, share advise and is willing to take the time to do the job right.  I love bringing by bike by as I am assured to leave with something fixed and feeling I know my bike better!!

Great bike mechanic, motorcycle resource and new friend!

Well, what can I say other than Paul is The Best!!!! Very knowledgeable, kind and friendly!
You won't find him on the yellow pages, you'll find him only if you are lucky enough to have good friends that knows about bikes.

Since I spoke with him in the phone, even before meeting him personally, he came across as that great friendly guy that makes you feel comfortable right away. I like that because it makes you comfortable enough to ask even the most simple silly questions that a new rider needs to know... Then, meeting him in person is even better! He is smart, knows his stuff and fixes them in the blink of an eye!

I am a fairly new rider. This is my 3rd year riding and I've gone through all sorts of experiences with my 2000 Suzuki SV650S, from crashing, to having to replace parts and fix the thing on the side of the road...  Believe me it's so frustrating at times, but once you get to meet Paul, ahhhh things change, he LISTENS to You and you can ask all the questions you want and learn not only by how he explains things in a simple way, but also by seeing him when he works....
If you want a trust worthy, fun, generous mechanic... go to Paul!!!
If you find Him...  You are Lucky!!!
You can let that sigh of relief  come out because you are in good hands!!! He is such a good Pal!!!  Wink
